I too have cut cost and down almost to the bone, but still have full utilities and co-pay on medical supplies and meds I HAVE to have. I make today what I used to make working 40 hours a week in 1995! I have a borrowed computer and can afford the internet by having no TV and cutting back on some lesser necessities . I'm supposed to live on $870.00 a month because 'The Terminator" didn't get his way in the recent voting? Why can't he tax the higher income bracket to save those of us that are disabled and/or handicapped from basically starving to death? I've been crying all day trying to figure out how to survive on this amount. And before you ask me about this computer and my internet, it's an old clone I've had for over 10 years now and I pay less than $20.00 for my internet. But it looks like I'm going to have to give that up and spend more than that on gas to pay my bills since I won't be able to afford my internet soon. But then how am I going to afford my car insurance? That idiot has me thinking about moving into a managed care facility since I can no longer afford to live on my own.
